If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, you will receive a full refund.

Event Rescheduling

If an event is rescheduled, you can attend the new date or request a refund if you cannot make it. You must notify us within the timeframe we specify.

Refund Requests

Eligible refund requests must be emailed to info@thesugarclub.com including:

  • Event name

  • Name on the credit card used for purchase

*Refunds can take up to 5 business days to process due to payment processor timelines (Stripe).

Tickets Purchased in Error

If you bought tickets by mistake, contact us within 24 hours for a possible refund.

No Refunds

Refunds are not available for:

  • Bad weather

Seating

Limited seating. Please note seats can not be allocated. Seats operate on a first come, first served basis. General Admission tickets do not guarantee seating unless otherwise specified.
