Seán McKeon – Salamanca Album Launch Concert

Acclaimed uilleann piper Seán McKeon will celebrate the launch of his forthcoming solo album, ‘Salamanca’ with a concert at The Sugar Club in Dublin on Sunday, August 31st. Salamanca is a bold and expressive solo piping album showcasing the full dynamic range of Ireland’s iconic national instrument. The album presents both well-loved traditional tunes and lesser-known gems with virtuosic technique and inventive interpretation featuring a mix of compelling arrangements and approaches—sometimes stark and intimate, other times fiery and full-bodied. Seán will be joined by some special guests for what will certainly be a night of exhilarating and intimate music.
